Hunter Valley Blades series San Mai petty/ utility  knife that’s designed for being an all around performer for every tasks . Every component of these knives are made by me in my shop in Japanese style with forged finish and Japanese handles .
Hitachi blue 2  (Aogami 2  ) at  63-64hrc with wrought iron cladding , not stainless, will rust if not wiped dry

Grind : suitable for both right and left handed users.
