145mm forged steak knife in nitro-v

Finally after my better half asking for good steak knives for years I have made a set and decided to offer the same knives for you . These  stainless steak knives are forged from nitro-v at 59-60hrc . While getting the knives cut in water jet would be easier I wanted to forge each of them giving the distal taper and setting the bevels under hammer . I really like the look of the contrast between forged and clean ground surfaces

The profile and the grind of the knife is identical to the boning knife I have made for myself and really liked a one piece construction and feel in hand

Are these knives dishwasher safe ? They are dishwasher safe,  however as soon as the  dishwasher cycle finishes I recommend you to dry them out . Leaving them in dishwasher overnight is not recommended. Remember these are stainl”ess “ not stain “never” .

They are sharpened like my other kitchen knives , please be careful storing them in cutlery drawers to avoid injuries.

If you order a set of 4 or more I will make and include  a wooden block for you to store them .
