Western handled gyuto forged from 52100 steel , with a great distal taper . I meant to take this knife to blade show for my journeyman smith presentation but with the show canceling I went ahead and finished it .
Hand rubbed 1000 grit satin finish
choil and spine rounded and polished to mirror
